Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of neural.arabize.com and the Neural by Arabize online translation service (together, the “Service”). The Service is operated by Dar Al Mohtawa Al Araby FZ LLC, a free zone limited liability company licensed in the Emirate of Sharjah, United Arab Emirates (license no. 4418940.01), registered at Business Centre, Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, Sharjah, UAE (“the Company”, “we”, “us”).

By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to accept these Terms for it.

• The Service is intended for business and professional users. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.
• Give accurate account details, verify your email address and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• One free account per person. Creating more accounts to get around plan limits is not allowed.

• Each plan's features and limits, such as documents per month, file size, characters per translation and supported file types, are described on the Pricing page and are enforced automatically.
• Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We may change plan features or prices. A price change for an active subscription applies from a later billing period, after we have told you about it.

• Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment provider, Paymob, and renew automatically until canceled.
• Prices are stated in AED and exclude VAT. 5% UAE VAT is added at checkout.
• Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. There are no refunds for partial billing periods.

• You keep all rights in the documents and text you submit and in the translations you receive.
• You allow us to process your content only as needed to provide the Service. We do not use your content to train models and we do not sell it. How we handle and retain content is described in our Privacy Policy.
• You confirm you have the right to submit the content you upload, and that it does not infringe anyone's rights or break the law.

You must not:

• use the Service for anything unlawful, fraudulent or harmful;
• upload malware, or content you are not permitted to share;
• try to bypass usage limits, security checks or access controls, or probe the Service for vulnerabilities without our written permission;
• resell the Service, or provide it to others, without our written agreement; or
• interfere with the Service or with other users.

• Translations are generated by AI and may contain errors. Review the output before relying on it, especially for legal, medical, financial or other critical content.
• We do not guarantee that output will be accurate, complete or fit for a particular purpose. For critical content, Enterprise customers can request professional post-editing and QA by Arabize linguists.

We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice of changes that materially reduce a paid plan.

You can close your account at any time by writing to neural@arabize.com. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaks these Terms, including for abuse, fraud or non-payment.

The Service, including its software and design and the Neural and Arabize names and logos, belongs to the Company or its licensors. These Terms give you no rights in them beyond using the Service.

To the extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability arising from the Service in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in that period. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UAE law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified on the Platform or by email, and the “Last updated” date above will change. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applicable in the Emirate of Sharjah. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under mandatory UAE consumer protection law.
